Warranty and Returns

Ships from Paragon Clothing / J.GRILL within 1 - 5 days (often the same day) of your confirmed order, plus delivery time.
Replaceable if Paragon advised of defect within 14 days.
If replacement is not possible (at Paragon’s / J.GRILL's discretion), then product is refundable for credit to your Paragon/J.GRILL account if returned unused and unaltered within 14 days.
Must first contact us by e-mail at sales@paragonclothing.ca, to receive authorization, and return delivery instructions.
Your account will not be credited if you do not receive written confirmation from us for return authorization.
Returns for any reason (other than defects) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges.
